In an effort to meet our commitment to our customers by providing the best service possible, we provide four ways to report a loss to ARI Insurance Company.

  • Your agent can assist you with reporting your claim to us. Contact your agent immediately to report a loss.

  • We offer telephone claims reporting where experienced claims professionals are waiting to assist you with your claim Monday through Friday 7:30 am through 5:00 pm. Our toll free number is 866.272.9267.

  • You can send a claim report to us with our Online Claim Form. Please include the information listed below so that we can begin processing your claim immediately.

To expedite the claim process, please be prepared to give:

  • The ARI policy number and policyholder name.

  • The date, time, location and nature of the loss.

  • The make, model and year of your car and the nature of the damage.

  • Information about anyone who was injured.

  • Names and contact information of those involved.

  • Your complete contact information, including work, home and cellular numbers to ensure that a claims person can contact you.
